Returns

Physical items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Digital items cannot be returned and will not be refunded. Some physical items come with digital items, and the refund value will reflect the difference between the bundle price and the digital-only price. Customers must pay for return shipping on physical items. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of confirmation that the return has been delivered to the warehouse.

Damaged items may be replaced at no additional cost - send pictures of the item and packaging showing the damage to support@lonecolossusgames.com for assistance.
